Policing and the public was a marriage born from Sir Robert Peel back in 1829 when times were so different or were they? 

Even the thought of having to be police and step into conflicts, arguments, property rights and heaven forbid, murder was thought originated from control. 

Sounds like a marriage to me!  Peel stated “the Police are the Public and Public are the Police”, which has had the word public changed to people over the centuries.  I think it is better for us to return to the original word, Public.

Of course, we can look back to what Sir Robert Peel was thinking when he developed the first true police force in Great Britain and used his crafted statements within the Nine Peelian Principles.  There do standalone and are the basis of policing.

Just like a marriage, the Peelian principles are the vows and the foundation of civility between people, the public, and police.

Our safety is akin to co-parenting of a child when they are a disassociation.  It becomes a ‘Them & Us’ situation and no matter what anyone does, they are wrong.  When the love abounds it is all hunky dory with kisses and gifts, then all hell breaks loose!  This is the same with has been happening for decades between law enforcement and the police.  They are one and the same, they live in the same neighborhoods, the children go to local schools, shop together and party at the same restaurants.  Collectively we among each other!

The employed public as police officers are charged to uphold the laws.  They are the ones who you call to solve the human issues of criminal acts, not the individual members of the public.

We can look back and see historically what has gone before, just in a marriage or the divorce, it does not good on its own and it will solve today’s issues.  

Yesterday was yesterday and today is today, it is the tomorrows that are all important.  Just like looking after your co-parented child, what you do together is vital to their success.

This is exactly the same for a cohesive existence of the public and police.  Yes, the laws are on the books and we must adhere to them.  When law enforcement is challenged with crime, they must solve and protect the public.

It takes what has gone on historically, as we must not let history repeat itself.  We must add technology and true social change, not the anti-social actions of those members of the public who scoff the law and just want to fight, no matter what the issues.

The Football Association Cup at Wembley is also taking place later on Saturday in the afternoon.  People traveling to London to watch a football game, having a few drinks before and afterward with a police protection that is more than stretched thin.  

The protection is made up of officers who have already been working normal shifts, brought in from their days off.  

There is no magic extra pool of police officers the Mayor of London seems we have!

Then there is everything else, soft targets, meaning anywhere where people congregate, shop, relaxing and seemingly not having a care in the world.

Innocent people are being dragged through the mire by pathetic bullying liars who believe in spreading hatred by telling Pork Pies (lies) about people and using it as a form of sadistic bullying.

Don't get me wrong, there are those that have got away with 'Blue Bloody Murder', so to speak and hide behind their fame and fortune.  We have been reading and seeing on television the sudden increase of morals of 2018.

By posting anything on the Internet it never goes away and their sordid lies perpetuate the search engines which are only single-minded robots.

Those that are damaged by these miscreants either stop living, ignore the lies, as by responding to them would only feed the perverts mental instability.  Why be a food source of their pathetic reasoning of hatred?

I know this too well, I never ran away, put a gun to my head, changed my name and I just continued in business with solid corporate partners who know my capabilities and strengths. Has anything come back to haunt me with this sick individuals attempts to basically 'kill me'?  Of course, it has!

It hurts like hell because you cannot respond in the manner you wish to, like remove the source of the sadistic lies or even remove the sick creator.  

You cannot!

If you took them to court it would cost you a fortune and give them the satisfaction of you airing their plan to ruin you.

The individual's words surfaced again yesterday and doubts were placed in a client's mind.  So this client who has been fed information which he read on the Internet believes every single word and now continues the sordid pack of lies of the originator, he is now a willing or unwilling hate mongering surrogate.  I have no ability to stop it or change his mind.

So, what do I do?

I respond with some anger and who wouldn't!  Do I continue on another day waiting for the next believer to drive another nail in my coffin for the sick minded pervert!

Within the DNA of teens, black, white, Asian, African is the fact they all want to be men and women, now, they emulate the behavior of the adults that distantly surround them. Wrongfully of course, as they are being misled into a den of iniquity.

Behavior? More like social anarchy which is leading them down a path of nothingness and destruction.  These are not role models, heroes or even in good taste.  Mind you, the understanding of social acceptance is so low on their totem pole, it is buried in dirt.

If we are to wind the clock back to the days when children, teens, had respect for their elders for the right reasons, it is going to take more than curfews, restricting places they can visit, such as the malls, cinemas, and food joints.  It is going to take much more than the effort that is being thought of today.

 

Today, we are all being reactionary and that will only incense the so-called KiDULTS to puff out their chests and do damage to society the only way they know how. It is the I want it now generation, showing their underdeveloped, untrained, bought muscles, who they think by intimidation, group threats and going to the places only civil people go with their families, is the way they make their mark.  Like a dog urinates on its territory, they show their pathetic manhood which will be removed surgically, precisely without anesthetic in front of us all. 

There is no more time left to soft-pedal these dirtbags who believe the lefty liberals will protect their rights of free speech and racial oppression.  Downright violent intimidation has nothing to do with race, color, class or creed, it has all to do with RESPECT of all, which includes, black, brown, white, tan, yellow, pink and even rainbow!

The answer cannot and will not just come from the city public safety department, businesses, mall owners, city councils.  The community has to work together to eradicate the senseless drive of these low life’s. They have to be taught to sing to a different tune and stop that abusive crap rap stuff, which they think is cool and hip. 

Remember what the Pied Piper did, we removed the rats and the story goes, that he was not paid for his work and he removed the children as well.  In this case, the children are being removed by your own hands, by not taking the bull by the horns and enacting discipline in the home, school and saying no more than once in a while and meaning it.

My mother disciplined me, my brothers and sisters harshly and deservedly, we have turned out pretty good.

It is a concerted effort in the circle of life that has to be enacted and not next week, but now!  We might have just sprung forward for Daylight Savings Time, it is now to be Community and Individual Savings Time that is before we have street wars which will lead to more deaths on our streets and filling our morgue. Now that is a good place to take these so-called KiDULTS to see the other side of life, DEATH, which is final. 

More Mayors are asking why this is happening and how the streets do not belong to the gang bangers.  Guns don’t kill, people using them does.  Criminals will use anything at hand to inflict hurt, death and pain, in any which way they can and we are going to stop them in their tracks.

Gangs are organizations defined by crime and violence. When gang members habitually visit a mall, that mall is at significant risk for increased crime, hazards to its visitors and highly negative public relations in the local community. Only a community security-led effort will effectively prevent gangs from gaining a foothold at a mall, or deter gangs from continuing to visit if they are already in the habit of doing so. Dealing with gangs takes special skill and first-hand experience.  In fact, it starts at home, school and the community in how we are taught and how people recognize the possible problems and are proactive in their efforts.

A partnership between public safety and an understanding of the general management of the malls focused security and often community groups can and will help deter these unwanted neighbors. Gang Identification and Deterrence

One mall was literally surrounded by gang turf. As such, the mall became a central location for gang members to collect and cause trouble. The effect was shoppers stayed away, tenants were unhappy and mall management became frustrated. It is affecting business and everyone’s livelihood. Yes, it is about the money! 

You must first reach out to the community and individuals who are involved and use hard-hitting intervention proactively on them. To the local community police for intelligence on the gang community to better understand the landscape. The city transportation system installed an alert to the central office of large groups traveling to one location.  Equipped with that insight, the mall management can develop a strategy, process and training procedure aimed at identifying gang members, monitoring their behavior and tactics for engaging the gang members proactively. A key ingredient to the operation included continually liaising and partnering with local community and police, who will be dealing with the gang members on a local community level.

In this malls case, once the strategy was deployed, gang members were quickly identified and engaged as they entered mall property. This interaction reinforced to them that their activity was being actively monitored and allowed security to quickly intervene should a disruption occur. Ultimately though this strategy, it became less convenient for gang members to interrupt normal mall activity. As such, gang presence was significantly reduced. The outcome; shoppers returned, tenants were happier and mall management was able to improve tenant retention and occupancy.

Importantly at the grassroots change that occurred as well. Education is a priority, Trust, Respect and Pride in the home, employment, start-up local companies in the neighborhood, all are part of the package to deal, solve and introduce solutions to those that want to come out of their hell hole.

Don’t have to be a pencil pusher to know that there is a cost to anything you change.

Digital transformation are two buzzwords that concern even people who have no idea what the hell it is! 

Council or Commission members scratch their rear-ends or balding heads in wonderment, lean back in their creaking chairs, passing gas and coughing at the same to hide their flatulence.

Progress and efficiency certainly go hand in hand, as do costs rising.  Human nature always wants ‘more for less’.  It this case I am speaking of policing and the societal change, which is showing up in every newspaper, television news and Internet social or unsocial posting.

Someone has already succeeded in the Digital Policing realm, not last week, but twenty-one years ago and keeps ahead of the curve of society which is changing every five seconds or so. 

Police agencies are already using, solving the crimes and being more productive in crime fighting.  This also improves and brings back the Trust, Respect, and Pride to the community.  Something that has been failing and ignored for too long.

The last incident in Germany of a young man, with diabolical issues, shows us that social media and bullying will lead to extreme outcomes.

In the last few months, we have seen political organizations take to the Twitter-Sphere, Facebook Frenzy, and Likeable Linkedin.  Throwing as much mud against the wall with truly unsocial media tools, hoping some will stick.

It is only going to get worse!  You must believe at first read all that is stated by others on the Internet.

Traditional Social Media is a "hit or miss" conduit and attracts a barrage of unsociable replies by haters and so-called "clever dicks".  It is not the direct connection you think it is.

Direct connections for candidates is vital, you get one shot and one shot only in this fast-paced unsociable world.

The next Ten Year Social Media Plan is well on its way to being finished.  It is based on the usage since inception and goes back to the first type of email solution in 1982 with Commercial Data Banks and Washington DC.  Instant messaging took ten years to gain a footing before it became popular with AOL.  Now every other week a new form of social or unsocial connecting is being released, used and disused.  Focused on trending fashion and failure, everyone is trying to grab a piece of the invasive communication saga.

As the former President of Commercial Data Banks back then, I had no idea this keyboard and 300 baud modem Texas Instrument device would take us.  We have come a long way from politicians having boxes with messages stored in them to a very unsociable interactive communication service that does more harm than good in some innocent cases.

If you think that investing in Facebook or Twitter is cool, do so, but people are leaving in their droves and young people are not joining.

 

Let us look at what drove the use of communicating in a different way.  It was the simplicity of not having to use a telephone and being able to type to your friends on a screen in the privacy of your own home.  Then some bright spark said, we can send pictures now and the sexual revolution was born if only we had not we would not have been Weinerized!  Then came video and even more reasons to go back the land-line telephone!

The social and unsocial networks are helpful in many ways but sadly the criminal and bullying element has taken over.  It breeds corruption and leads to the denigration of society.  Insurgents and gang members worldwide are using this means of communicating under the radar more than you think.  That is until now!

It is the hundreds of social networks that are trafficking drugs, humans, child pornography, child abuse and insurgent and gang activity.  We have our beady eyes and ears focused on their activity and enable this diabolical slither of society to be spotlighted and apprehended by their own words and actions.

So, my hacking cough was annoying those around me and the concoction of Severe Cold & Flu Syrup with Fisherman's Friends Lozenges was not improving my cold or what now, I thought could be bronchitis.

Urgent care was recommended and like any man, it took a few hours to say yes!

Hyvee, the local supermarket has one of those urgent/quick care facilities right in the store, tucked away in the back. You never really notice that they are there, I am glad we did! 

The door was open and Linette was working on her computer as I entered the room.  She told to sit on down and tell her what my issues where.  Her manner was so simple as a listener, she did not know me from Adam.

So describing my symptoms, remember, we know us, better than anyone.  She felt that it was not necessary for full examination and if she touched me, I would have to pay!  Great customer service I thought!

Linette felt that over the counter medication could help me right now, but to keep my eye on me.   It was a cold/cough, most probably a low-grade virus that could be fixed. 

Her recommendation was accepted at no charge whatsoever, only the cost of the pills.  This was a customer experience like no other!

I must tell you that 12 hours later, I am feeling better, far from fixed, but on the mend.
