The Result of Drive-By Policing!

The Result of Drive-by Policing!

Policing is not what it use to be, it fails all too often.  Community policing is outdated as those that are assigned the sectors, beats and problem communities, are not really policing.  You cannot just drive-by and decide that you are not bothered or it will be too much trouble.  This is the Millennial cop of today, which we have created!

It is a time of 'lost data', failed officer reporting, which does not have to be.

We are eight or nine years behind the times and have lost the momentum of society, which in itself has crumbled into an aggressive decline.

Criminality which goes unchecked only grows and takes over neighborhoods, communities, and specific streets.  'No-Go-Zones' which through officer blindness grow and grow until the ability to address is removed. It becomes a 'Fear-Factor' Syndrome that will only be solved if you attack with multiple actions, which the media and public do not understand and misreport.

The Metropolitan Police's Commissioner, Cressida Dick stated that London alone has 180 violent gangs dominating communities, how disgusting and pathetic is that for the failure of policing?

She states that the crime tide is turning, it is not, she is no King Canute, which we know he failed to turn the tide!

Moped riders who attack individuals, stealing smartphones etc. are now being pursued by police cars, if they do not stop, the officer rams them with their cars to stop them.  A good start, fight fire with fire, that is all these criminals will understand.

Every single violation that you can use against these criminals must be used, sure, harass them, until they understand that crimes do not pay.

You cannot allow the drug dealers, hookers and gangs have control, but you are!  Turning a blind eye turns communities into 'hellholes'. Examples are in every global city and those that have the Millennial DNA who have been promoted for the wrong reason and not by civil service promotional guidelines are the issue.

What happened to the Nine Peelian Principles?

If you don't know them or ever read them and you are in law enforcement, shame on you!

The likes of every top cop know these Nine Peelian Principles.  If they don't, they better start reading, they are the key to successfully bringing back policing that the public demands and deserves.

Commissioner Bill Bratton calls them the 'Police's Bible', they are!

'The Police are the People and the People are the Police .'  Remember that simple one of the Principles and understand that Sir Robert Peel, back in 1829 when he invented policing knew what he was talking about.

Start policing as it should, look back at history and stop making these mistakes over and over again.  Never let history repeat itself, it kills people and an organization that once was great and can be again!
