Memorial Day Weekend, It is Not Just An Excuse To Party!

It is Not Just An Excuse To party!
By Nicholas Ashton, Executive Vice President, Entrical

The truth of the matter is simple, Corporate America and as families, like most communities, treats this Memorial weekend no differently to any other.  Burgers, Beer, Hot Dogs, false friends, and family you cannot stand.

With COVID-19 you should be 'Social Distancing' and you are not!  Foolishly you play with your lives and those of others.

You think of it as an excuse to party and goof off.  Just like the way business is being conducted every day of the week, the lack of responsibility and honor.

It is Memorial Day  and you have time to Google it and find out the way you need to change your ways.  Others before you believed that this country meant something and they served and laid down their lives.

They died for you and you have No Respect whatsoever!

It is not too late!

Honor them and take a leaf from the immense book they left behind!

Wear a MASK and Keep YOUR Distance or be a KILLER!

KEEP YOU; in the KNOW…

Iranian Terrorist? The Ideology & Cultural Differences

Iranian Terrorist?
The Ideology & Cultural Differences
So who do we trust?  No one!
by Nicholas Ashton, EVP, Entrical

This graphic is how radical Islamic Terrorists spread their words and incite!

The fear of the Lone Wolf or Wolf Pack has returned and did not use technology, a pure crude 'bucket bomb.'  Proving that basic methods are effective in spreading terror.

Some Knew Something and Need To Come Forward!

Today, terrorism went to yet another level of a possible Wolf Pack attack.  It can happen anywhere at any time to members of our global society.

Even domestic violence as in London with gang stabbings or the racist and anti-Semitic attacks in the USA.  People were attacked in the heart of the global.

After the killing of the Iran Terror Leader this morning, all Public Safety departments worldwide will be analyzing the situation and the concerning content of this needed action and the possible reprisal attacks and their far-reaching ramifications.

A little background, terrorism on the streets is relatively new in this manner, and Muslim terrorism against the West did not only occurred with the New York City attack on the World Trade Center.  It goes back much further and more profound.

Since the 16th century, there has been a sectarian conflict of varying intensity between Roman Catholics and Protestants in Ireland. This religious sectarianism is connected to a degree with nationalism. Northern Ireland has seen inter-communal strife for more than four centuries, and there are records of sacred ministers or clerics, the agents for absentee landlords, aspiring politicians, and members of the landed gentry stirring up and capitalizing on sectarian hatred and violence back as far as the late 18th century.

William Edward Hartpole Lecky, an Irish historian, wrote: "If the characteristic mark of a healthy Christianity is to unite its members by a bond of fraternity and love, then there is no country where Christianity has more completely failed than Ireland."

Reactions to sectarian domination and abuse have resulted in accusations of sectarianism being leveled against the minority community. It has been argued, however, that those reactions would be better understood in terms of a struggle against the bigotry that governs relations between the two communities and which has resulted in the denial of human rights to the minority community.

The period from 1969 to 2002 is known as "The Troubles." Nearly all the people living in Northern Ireland identified themselves as belonging to either the Protestant or the Catholic community. People of no religion and non-Christian faiths are still considered as belonging to one of the two "sects" along with churchgoers. In this context, "Protestants" means permanently descendants of immigrants from Scotland and England settled in Ulster during or soon after the 1690s, also known as "Loyalists" or "Unionists" because they generally support the status of Northern Ireland politically as a part of the United Kingdom. "Catholics" means descendants of the pre-1690 indigenous Irish population, also known as "Nationalist" and "Republicans,"; who generally politically favor a united Ireland.

Sectarian violence between the two major sects of Islam, Shia, and Sunni, has occurred in countries like Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Lebanon, etc. This violent conflict has roots in the political turmoil arising out of differences over the succession to Muhammad. Abu Bakr, a companion of Muhammad, was nominated by Umar and elected as the first Sunni Rightly Guided Caliph.

However, another group felt that Ali, the cousin, and son-in-law of Muhammad, had been designated by Muhammad and is considered by Shia as the first Imam.

Abu Bakr was followed by Umar as caliph of the Rashidun Caliphate, then by Uthman ibn Affan and finally by Ali. Ali's right to rule was challenged by Muawiyah bin Abu Sufyan, governor of Syria, who believed that Ali should have acted faster against the murderers of Uthman. The situation deteriorated further when many of those responsible for the death of Uthman rallied behind Ali.

However, later on, both the parties agreed to have someone as a judge between them. This led to the separation of an extremist group known as Kharijites from Ali's army, which pronounced the judgment that belonged to God alone. A member of this group later assassinated Ali. At the demise of Muawiyah, he appointed his son Yazid as his successor. The credentials of Yazid were challenged by Ali's son Hussein ibn Ali (and grandson of Muhammad). A battle of Karbala in Iraq led to the martyrdom of Hussein and dozens of others from Ahl al-Bayt (the members of the family of Muhammad).

This tragic incident created deep fissures in the Muslim society. The conflict that had started at a political plane intervened with the dogma and belief systems.

Those who considered Ali to be the true heir to the Caliphate split away from the main corpus of Muslim society and traditions. They developed their distinct sect, known as "Shia," referring to Shian-e-Ali. The majority of Muslims are known as "Sunni," meaning "followers of the Traditions of The Prophet. " They are of the view that the bloody conflict between Ali and Muawiyah was a result of a tragic misunderstanding, and regardless of who was wrong, the matter should have been solved peacefully.

Most probably the first real view of the issues and how you must understand the background.

The Talk of War - You Don’t Want Your Bollocks Shot Away!

You Don’t Want Your Bollocks Shot Away!

Remember, we do have a committed President in Donald Trump, who has been in office for over three years!

Sadly the old failed administration is still in Democrat's minds and will not go away.

The headline everywhere is terror.

Where is it happening?  Iraq and the Middle-East most Americans cannot even find it on a map or even Hoboken, New Jersey for that matter.

What are these warmongering Iran who are trying to sell and start a war, what are they really trying to tell us?  6,537 km between the two countries and more important issues on America’s own doorstep as we are seeing in the news over the past few days!  Including Impeachment, over what?

A race card is being played into this issue still has Obama as a first Black President and those that supported him, in voting in the first place, still do not want to let him down or shame him!  It was Obama who shamed America!

Total Baloney!

It is business as usual for this former Democratic administration, failing in the past in planning strategies and the long-range picture.  Remember now-defunct Obama Care and his Bailout Bills, total failures beyond belief.

The strategy of War is a fluid program with planning for all eventualities.  John Kerry had not one inkling on this whatsoever and was and is a total lying mouthpiece for the former Obama Administration and his failed structure of an attack and the ramifications.

The true concern is beyond Syria, Iran is fueling all, and terrorism is a growth factor because of Iran’s involvement.  There is the issue and every military man knows that!

Now, look at North Korea after the Trump meeting, are they going to comply?

Shall we start singing “Oh What a Lovely War”?  No, we shall not…

America has more pressing issues at home, poverty, education, racism, murder rate, drug use, border issues and the pure catastrophe of society.

I don't want me bollocks shot away…

For Whom The Bell Tolls?

For Whom The Bell Tolls?
By Nicholas Ashton, CEO, CommSmart Global Group

Who will blow up the bridge, shoot down a drone or attack neighboring countries this time?

Iran is certainly at the top of the list after the threats made against the USA.

Iran has threatened to attack the White House in response to President Donald Trump's warning that any strike on American interests in the region will bring massive retaliation.

Iran has a President, who is no different from those he has followed, the same culture, and ideology.

Even secure airports are under attack and what we are able to carry on planes!

France has seen more terrorist attacks and the individual was on their watch- list, which it seems they forgot and just continued on their way.  Just like making a list for grocery shopping and going to the store and realizing you left it at home.  What you do then, is muddled through and miss several items.

The fact is no one is listening to what is going on in the world regarding the citizens of the nations who are in turmoil, regarding their politicians and leaders!

It is the chatter and associated writings of the people, which is leading to the dissension that is reverberating our world.

No matter if you are a corporation or a world government, knowledge is power and you can attain knowledge by understanding what the concerns of all are.

People have voices and use them to spread their concerns, wants and needs.

Let us remind you that the Shah of Iran was deposed, Mohammad Rezā Shāh Pahlavī was the last Shah of Iran from 16 September 1941 until his overthrow by the Iranian Revolution on 11 February 1979.

Several factors contributed to strong opposition to Pahlavi among certain groups within Iran, the most notable of which were U.S. and UK support for his regime, clashes with Islamists, and increased communist activity.

By 1979, political unrest had transformed into a revolution which, on 17 January, forced Pahlavi to leave Iran. Soon thereafter, the Iranian monarchy was formally abolished, and Iran was declared an Islamic republic led by Ayatollah Khomeini. Facing likely execution should he return to Iran, he died in exile in Egypt, whose President, Anwar Sadat, had granted him asylum.

Ayatollah Khomeini's overthrow was completed by audio cassette tapes of his sermons given whilst in exile in Paris, France.  A world leader was not listening and suffered the consequences as they still do today.

We are not learning from history and as you know, history does repeat itself.

The Arab world is teetering on the edge of even more discourse and needs more understanding of how Atmospheric Noise Collection, Chatter on the Streets and why it assists all in resolving.

It is not just the words of the people, it is their actions, which are revealed in violent actions against what they believe are the oppressors.  Even in the USA, the L.A. riots wrecked their own neighborhoods, doing more harm to themselves.  London suffered the same aggression last year.  In the end, it is the stability of communities, regions, cities, and nations that are at risk.

Prior knowledge is real power, timely information gathering can stop these senseless actions.  No one likes problems creeping upon them, as the initial reaction is one of those, spur of the moment decisions that we all regret.

CommSmart Global Group makes the difference in the timing of events, in fact, with our means of chatter collection, predictive plans can be made with full knowledge.

They are among us all… Ready To Attack & Kill...

They are among us all…
Ready To Attack, Harm & Kill...
by Nicholas Ashton, EVP, Entrical

This may be a new decade, but our security is still vulnerable as ever if we view it in the same manner we have for the previous 10 years.

The Risk Factor has Changed!

Iran has threatened us for over thirty years and no one has said 'boo' to them, until now. Economic sanctions have been placed upon them to point of poverty, still, the leadership continues building their bombs, supplying other maniacal groups to do harm on the Western world, we just watched.

The Iranian threat is real, the means to stop them is even more powerful, but with consequences for us all to play our part.  Security must and will take on a new realm via technology, passionate individuals and corporations.

President Donald Trump took assertive action in removing a terrorist leader of a threat to global peace.  Times changed from that moment for the good, as the USA showed we will once again stand firm for world peace.

The daily global attacks on all levels are more than concerning.  Whether it be a domestic attack on police or a terrorist event, there is one common factor.

Someone somewhere knew something, they never shared the facts, and failed us all. They are as guilty as those that drove the vehicle, planted or carried a bomb, or pulled the trigger of the gun!

Sociopathic killers are living in your neighborhood, street, apartment building, and go about life in a seemingly ordinary way.

I found a quoted overview of a sociopathic killer, and it was a simple way of explaining:

"A person who would kill anyone without feeling any remorse or anything else. If anyone gets this person's want or has something he/she wants, then he/she is going to get it using any means necessary. A sociopath realizes that killing is against the law, but does not care."

Killers use a variety of methods from their hands, bombs, guns, knives, and rope.  Even automobiles are used as a weapon of choice; it is that choice of killing anyone that is inside these people and can be triggered at any time and anywhere.

The argument of the use of the weapon, the gun, is causing shoutouts for the banning of ownership in America.  The gun has never killed anyone!

It is people killing people.

In Asia and Europe, the knife is the weapon of choice, although the gun can be obtained by anyone that has the will and want to purchase an illegal gun.

A series of uncoordinated mass stabbings, hammer attacks, and cleaver attacks in the People's Republic of China began in March 2010. The spate of attacks left at least 21 dead and some 90 injured. Analysts have blamed mental health problems caused by rapid social change for the rise in this kind of mass murder and murder-suicide incidents.

The last few month's attacks have been global and only increasing...

The murder of any individual is disgusting, and the perpetrator must be brought to justice. The death of anyone is a tragedy, of children, it is heinous and tears at all of our heartstrings.  Innocent and defenseless is their plight, having to depend on others to protect them in all instances.

Former President Obama stated:

"We've endured too many of these tragedies in the past few years, and each time I learn the news I react not as a president but as anyone else would come as a parent and that was especially true today. I know there's not a parent in America who doesn't feel the same overwhelming grief as I do. The majority of those who died today were children. Beautiful kids between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. They had their entire lives ahead of them. Birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own. Among the fallen were also teachers. Men and women who devoted their lives to helping our children fulfill their dreams."

Obama did nothing, allowing the festering of the global situation!

"As a country, we have been through this too many times. Whether it was an elementary school in Newtown, or a shopping mall in Oregon, or a temple in Wisconsin, or a movie theater in Aurora, or a street corner in Chicago. These neighborhoods are our neighborhoods, and these children are our children. We're going to have to come together and take meaningful action to prevent more tragedies like this regardless of politics."

More of Obama's empty words have got in the pickle we are in today

Shirley Scott, in 'What Makes Serial Killers Tick?' Wrote:

"I'm the most cold-blooded son of a bitch you'll ever meet," said Ted Bundy. "I just liked to kill, I wanted to kill." The hallmark of the psychopath is the inability to recognize others as worthy of compassion. Victims are dehumanized, flattened into worthless objects in the murderer's mind. John Gacy, never showing an ounce of remorse, called his victims "worthless little queers and punks," while the "Yorkshire Ripper" Peter Sutcliffe brashly declared that he was "cleaning up the streets" of the human trash.

In the 19th century, psychopathology was considered to be "moral insanity." Today it is commonly known as "antisocial personality disorder" or "sociopathology." Current experts believe that sociopaths are an unfortunate fusion of interpersonal, biological, and sociocultural disasters”.

In his book Serial Killers, Joel Norris describes the cycles of violence as generational:

"Parents who abuse their children, physically as well as psychologically, instill in them an almost instinctive reliance upon violence as a first resort to any challenge."

Childhood abuse not only spawns violent reactions, Norris writes, but also affects the child's health, including brain injuries, malnutrition, and other developmental disorders.

Some parents believed that by being harsh disciplinarians, it would "toughen" the child. Instead, it often creates a lack of love between parent and child that can have disastrous results. If the child does not bond with its primary caretakers, there is no foundation for trusting others later in life. This can lead to isolation, where intense violent fantasies become the primary source of gratification. "Instead of developing positive traits of trust, security, and autonomy, child development becomes dependent on fantasy life and its dominant themes, rather than on social interaction," writes Robert Ressler, Ann Burgess, and John Douglas in Sexual Homicide: Patterns and Motives.

When the child grows up, according to these authors, all they know are their fantasies of domination and control. They have not developed compassion for others. Instead, humans become flattened-out symbols for them to enact their violent fantasies.

In looking at the parents for explanations, we see both horrifying mothers and fathers. The blame usually falls on the mother, who has been described as too domineering or too distant, too sexually active, or too depressed. Perhaps the mother is blamed more because the father has often disappeared, therefore, "unaccountable." When the father is implicated, it is usually for sadistic disciplinarian tactics, alcoholic rants, and overt anger toward women.

It all seems to begin or end with Mother. Henry Lee Lucas launched his murderous career by killing his mom; Ed Kemper ended him by killing his mom. Even the Shakespearian multiple murderer Hamlet had an unnatural obsession with his mother's sexuality. "Serial murderers are frequently found to have unusual or unnatural relationships with their mothers," notes Steven Egger in his book The Killers Among Us. In our culture, the imposing image of "Mother" looms large in our collective psyches, and some writers easily accept that these killers are lashing out at maternal tyranny. If these murderers are still dominated by Mother (Hitchcock's Norman Bates is the archetype), then it is easy to dismiss them as "mama's boys" who never fully matured. Perhaps we find comfort in this cliché — the mother is a ready-made excuse, particularly in our contemporary era of obsessive parenting. Yet, as we look at some of the techniques of the serial killers' mothers, we are inclined to see a deadly link between the womb and the tomb.

The solution is not the removal of guns for law-abiding citizens, it is the community’s residents and workplace employees to make them themselves aware of whom they are living and working with.  The mental institutions are the streets, homes, and workplaces of the world.  It is not wrong to have concerns and report such information to those that should know.

Domestic violence and family arguments are being brought to the workplace, and it started somewhere with others witnessing the occurrence.  This is the chance to ward off a deadly result.  By doing nothing, you are placing all in harm’s way,  which could be dangerous for all.  We are not saying to intervene physically, everyone carries a mobile phone and help is only a phone call away.

Have some trust in your local law enforcement, they are humans as well and care beyond their daily duties.

Our Pied Piper Projects (P3) works, by creating awareness in communities of the problems; from drug dealing, gangs, tenant/landlord concerns, domestic violence, an increase in a strange child in the neighborhood (runaways) and general anti-social behaviors, which in turn, overflow into the workplace.

Having the eyes open at all times, absorbing what is going on around you, and storing the visible information in your mind’s hard drive and being ready to communicate when events do not add up.

The street-level problem is in the hands of the citizens, they must understand that being a noisy neighbor label is not a bad thing when it saves lives.
