Again, They are among us all… Ready To Attack & Kill...

They are among us all…
Ready To Attack & Kill...
by Nicholas Ashton, Police Best Practice

The Daily Killing Sprees by converted youths and others must STOP NOW!

These daily global attacks on all levels are more than concerning.  Whether it be a domestic attack on police or a terrorist event, there is one common factor.

Someone somewhere knew something and failed us all and is as guilty as those that drove the vehicle, planted or carried a bomb or pulled the trigger of the gun!

Sociopathic killers are living in your neighborhood, street, apartment building and go about life in a seemingly ordinary way.

I found a quoted overview of a sociopathic killer, and it was a simple way of explaining:

"A person who would kill anyone without feeling any remorse or anything else. If anyone gets this person's want or has something he/she wants, then he/she is going to get it using any means necessary. A sociopath realizes that killing is against the law, but does not care."

Killers use a variety of methods from their hands, guns, knives, and rope.  Even automobiles are used as a weapon of choice; it is that choice of killing anyone that is inside these people and can be triggered at any time and anywhere.

The argument of the use of the weapon, the gun, is causing shoutouts for the banning of ownership in America.  The gun has never killed anyone! It is people killing people.

In Asia and Europe, the knife is the weapon of choice, although the gun can be obtained by anyone that has the will and want to purchase an illegal weapon.

A series of uncoordinated mass stabbings, hammer attacks, and cleaver attacks in the People's Republic of China began in March 2010. The spate of attacks left at least 21 dead and some 90 injured. Analysts have blamed mental health problems caused by rapid social change for the rise in this kind of mass murder and murder-suicide incidents.

The last few months attacks have been global and only increasing...

The murder of any individual is disgusting, and the perpetrator must be brought to justice. The death of anyone is a tragedy, of children, it is heinous and tears at all of our heartstrings.  Innocent and defenseless is their plight, having to depend on others to protect them in all instances.

Former President Obama stated, "We've endured too many of these tragedies in the past few years, and each time I learn the news I react not as a president but as anyone else would come as a parent and that was especially true today. I know there's not a parent in America who doesn't feel the same overwhelming grief as I do. The majority of those who died today were children. Beautiful kids between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. They had their entire lives ahead of them. Birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own. Among the fallen were also teachers. Men and women who devoted their lives to helping our children fulfill their dreams."

"As a country, we have been through this too many times. Whether it was an elementary school in Newtown, or a shopping mall in Oregon, or a temple in Wisconsin, or a movie theater in Aurora, or a street corner in Chicago. These neighborhoods are our neighborhoods, and these children are our children, and we're going to have to come together and take meaningful action to prevent more tragedies like this regardless of politics."

Shirley Scott, in What Makes Serial Killers Tick? Wrote, "I'm the most cold-blooded son of a bitch you'll ever meet," said Ted Bundy. "I just liked to kill, I wanted to kill." The hallmark of the psychopath is the inability to recognize others as worthy of compassion. Victims are dehumanized, flattened into worthless objects in the murderer's mind. John Gacy, never showing an ounce of remorse, called his victims "worthless little queers and punks," while the "Yorkshire Ripper" Peter Sutcliffe brashly declared that he was "cleaning up the streets" of the human trash.

In the 19th century, psychopathology was considered to be "moral insanity." Today it is commonly known as "antisocial personality disorder" or "sociopathology." Current experts believe that sociopaths are an unfortunate fusion of interpersonal, biological and sociocultural disasters”.

In his book Serial Killers, Joel Norris describes the cycles of violence as generational: "Parents who abuse their children, physically as well as psychologically, instill in them an almost instinctive reliance upon violence as a first resort to any challenge."

Childhood abuse not only spawns violent reactions, Norris writes, but also affects the child's health, including brain injuries, malnutrition, and other developmental disorders.

Some parents believed that by being harsh disciplinarians, it would "toughen" the child. Instead, it often creates a lack of love between parent and child that can have disastrous results. If the child does not bond with its primary caretakers, there is no foundation for trusting others later in life. This can lead to isolation, where intense violent fantasies become the primary source of gratification. "Instead of developing positive traits of trust, security, and autonomy, child development becomes dependent on fantasy life and its dominant themes, rather than on social interaction," writes Robert Ressler, Ann Burgess and John Douglas in Sexual Homicide: Patterns and Motives.

When the child grows up, according to these authors, all they know are their fantasies of domination and control. They have not developed compassion for others. Instead, humans become flattened-out symbols for them to enact their violent fantasies.

In looking at the parents for explanations, we see both horrifying mothers and fathers. The blame usually falls on the mother, who has been described as too domineering or too distant, too sexually active or too repressed. Perhaps the mother is blamed more because the father has often disappeared, therefore "unaccountable." When the father is implicated, it is usually for sadistic disciplinarian tactics, alcoholic rants, and overt anger toward women.

It all seems to begin or end with Mother. Henry Lee Lucas launched his murderous career by killing his mom; Ed Kemper ended him by killing his mom. Even the Shakespearian multiple murderer Hamlet had an unnatural obsession with his mother's sexuality. "Serial murderers are frequently found to have unusual or unnatural relationships with their mothers," notes Steven Egger in his book The Killers Among Us. In our culture, the imposing image of "Mother" looms large in our collective psyches, and some writers easily accept that these killers are lashing out at maternal tyranny. If these murderers are still dominated by Mother (Hitchcock's Norman Bates is the archetype), then it is easy to dismiss them as "mama's boys" who never fully matured. Perhaps we find comfort in this cliché — the mother is a ready-made excuse, particularly in our contemporary era of obsessive parenting. Yet, as we look at some of the techniques of the serial killers' mothers, we are inclined to see a deadly link between the womb and the tomb.

The solution is not the removal of guns for law-abiding citizens, it is the community’s residents and workplace employees to make them themselves aware of whom they are living and working with.  The mental institutions are the streets, homes, and workplaces of the world.  It is not wrong to have concerns and report such information to those that should know.

Domestic violence and family arguments are being brought to the workplace, and it started somewhere with others witnessing the occurrence.  This is the chance to ward off a deadly result.  By doing nothing, you are placing all in harm’s way,  which could be dangerous for all.  We are not saying to intervene physically, everyone carries a mobile phone and help is only a phone call away.

Have some trust in your local law enforcement, they are humans as well and care beyond their daily duties.

Our Pied Piper Projects (P3) works, by creating awareness in communities of the problems; from drug dealing, gangs, tenant/landlord concerns, domestic violence, an increase in a strange child in the neighborhood (runaways) and general anti-social behaviors, which in turn, overflow into the workplace.  Having the eyes open at all times, absorbing what is going on around you and storing the visible information in your mind’s hard drive and being ready to communicate when events do not add up.

The street-level problem is in the hands of the citizens, they must understand that being a noisy neighbor label is not a bad thing when it saves lives.

Appeasement Is Not An Option In The Eyes Of The Innocent

Appeasement Is Not An Option
In The Eyes Of The Innocent
By Nicholas Ashton, CEO/CIO, CommSmart Global Group

Security is an absolute for all of us, our homes, families, and friends.  You even protect the mower in the shed with a bullet-resistant padlock!  You might smile when you see a New York Apartment with five locks on the door and the sounds of each one unlocking, it is the facts of life.

You cannot go to sleep or leave the house with your doors unlocked and windows open, it cannot be done in a Western world.

There are those with their culture and ideology want to dominate the world and kill those that are not of the same religious belief. It is not the religion itself, it is a faction who have taken the Koran to an extremely exaggerated level of interpretation.

You can say this on any organized religion if you wish, there are those that could not live without their religion and weekly meetings to muster them through their lives.

Think what your local cable company will sell you, security!  Cameras, motion detectors and all available in an app!  Does not get better than appeasing your fear if you are broken into!  Sadly, all they are doing is monitoring your premises and if your security is compromised, they call the police for you.  Your app will inform you as well, it is always reactive.  To be proactive you have to make sure windows, doors, and locks are in place and activated.  There is the issue, the ‘Human Element’!

Appeasement has followed us since time began.  Just as appeasements in the past has never defeated evil or genocidal lunacy, as U.K. Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain wanted to do prior to WWII, to the malevolent megalomaniac genocidal murderer, Adolf Hitler.

So too will appeasement by cowards and liberal left loonies who are intellectually comatose appeasers who never learn, you cannot defeat an evil enemy by bowing down in fear to them.

Evil appeasement merely empowers the evil to do as it will!

There is an ongoing war and the terrorists are wanting to enter our Western shores and do harm with knives, guns, and bombs.  Open borders do not work and Europe has been seeing this with the attacks and carnage in the last 18 months.  Borders must be in place so we can complete extreme vetting and know who is who and the known background behind their words and faces.

History always repeats itself. Those courageous enough to stand up and together unite in one voice and prepared to battle immoral today, remember these important words, "Never Give In, Never Give In, Never Give In", as Statesman and Hero of the Allies Sir Winston Churchill said in WWII. Never again can the world afford to give in to the evil barbarians, 100 million lives were lost in WW2.

Terrorists, are a concern and not all Muslims are terrorists, but it seems all terrorist are Muslim!

President Trump has placed an executive order to protect our borders by utilizing Extreme Vetting, especially from seven countries with a large amount of Muslims, where there is a track record of terroristic issues.  Nothing wrong with that at all.

Security is demanded and required! A strong move on this issue is not appeasement it is a solid cohesive plan and sane in all aspects.

The father of modern-day law enforcement, Sir Robert Peel, in 1829, instituted his policing rules for the people.

He stated that ‘ The people are the Police and the Police are the People’.

The Nine Peelian Principles are the Policeman’s Bible and are improved for today and the future with the 10th Peelian Principle, which is street smart experience and Digital Policing Technology.

Credible Terrorist Threats? Meaning We Have No Idea!

Credible Terrorist Threats?
Meaning, We Have No Flippin' Idea!
by Nicholas Ashton, Police Best Practice

Over 78% of all terrorist attacks lately have been Lone Wolf generated events with NO Distinctive Prior Knowledge whatsoever.

Hearsay, magazine notes and lackluster chatter last one day and one day only, then the public moves on. It is vital we charge the public to assist in every possible way they can.

Law enforcement and alphabet soup agencies globally are doing the best they can with tools that are outdated, underused and operators have not been trained and when they ask for more up-to-date abilities are told, "make do," we don't have the funds.

Yes, you do!  You can't afford the cost on the backend after the tragedy that may have been stopped or disrupted!

Not wishing to blow our own horn, but we did not develop "Atmospherics," the ability to understand, collect, and act upon street level chatter for naught!

It is all about communications between agencies and across borders, which is LENSS (Law Enforcement Network Sharing Solution).

LENSS Currency Tracking on Drug Buy Funds, Commercial Banking Fraud, Money Laundering, Active Shooter/Event Incident Real-Time BOLO across borders/agencies. Includes Corporate Solutions to Reduce Liability & Increase ‘Duty of Care.' https://phy.net/ui7iaq0S

Stop ‘Lost Data’ Real Time Communications for Officer & Public Safety.

Our success from the inception of Atmospherics in Iraq proved my point, and when we introduced, people laughed, tried to ignore and then, when we showed the positive results, clambered for our solution and to ride on our coattails.

Today those that scoffed at the information collected, which in turn, we used historically for the basis our Predictive Analytics need to listen up!

It is not about segregating Black or White, Catholic, Jew, Muslim, Hindu or any other religion, including Jedi!

It is about stopping crime, terror attacks, killings of innocent people, and solving the outstanding crimes that surround us in this anti-social world.

Ask the U.S. Department of Defence whether we saved hundreds of lives in Afghanistan from the location of IEDs, their answer is a categorical YES!

The algorithmic capabilities of our Virtual Crime Crime, would not be as effective if we had not honed our skills in the ongoing terrorist war.

It also about Social Media Monitoring at a compliant level of professional policing.  Enabling the tracking of Child Sexual Abusers, Human Trafficking Lowlifes, Drug peddlers, and users and all through these excuses for humanities, fingers, and thumbs.

So don't tell me there are No Credible Threats, We Know So Different and are here to assist.  We cannot succeed, though without the help of the public.

See Something, Say Something is a small price for the public to pay, it will and does save lives.  This ability to serve their fellow man, woman, and child is not asked for, it is demanded!

Someone, somewhere knows something, share it, share it now, we want your input, no, we demand your information!

CommSmart Global Group is passionate about saving lives and catching the bad guys and girls before they do harm to our fellow man, woman, or child.

It does not matter what class, color, or creed you are, We are all Human being on a planet that is going to hell in a handbasket!

Power Is Destructive Without Knowledge!

Power Is Destructive Without Knowledge!
Take Sir Robert Peel's
Principles of Law Enforcement, 1829
Are They Relevant Today and Being Upheld?
If So, What Effect Is It Having On Our Lives?

2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 were an era for disaster in social compatibility in cities across the world. The Arab Spring to those protesting social economic divides, color, race, creed and the violent death of black men and women played a major role as well.  Then 'Black Live Matter', come along...

Law enforcement was the frontline, being asked to defend cities, people, and businesses.  This brought the spotlight fairly and squarely on how we handle our own citizens in their now open social concerns.

Sir Robert Peel achieved far-reaching penal reform and established the Metropolitan Police Act (MPA) of 1829, which was instrumental in creating Great Britain’s Metropolitan Police Force.

Peel wrote what has become known as the Nine Peelian Principles of Law Enforcement. These principles fundamentally believed that:

1. “the police are the people, the people are the police, and crime prevention is possible without heavy intrusion into citizens’ lives”.

Precise concepts, such as issuing badge numbers to safeguard officer accountability and referring to qualitative happenstances with citizens, instead of counting the number of arrests, were concepts that came out of Peel’s community policing model. British officers instructed in the nine principles were deployed into urban areas and were referred to by the locals as Peelers or Bobbies, a name still in use today.

It was the first time a Human Resources format was introduced and continues in a similar format for businesses and corporations today.

In fact, it needs an overhaul of its own and H.R. requires today’s social change and formatting.  It needs to be ZoooMeeefied into a more productive format.

We shall go through Peel’s Principles of 1829 one by one.

The basic mission for which police exist is to prevent crime and disorder as an alternative to the repression of crime and disorder by military force and severity of legal punishment.

A statement which sadly has taken on a more military look than ever. When you first review the issues of today it seems that way. Times have changed and just like the statement “criminals have the better firepower (guns), we have got to have the ability to fight like with like”.

The truth is society has changed and the “race card” is thrown in the faces of law enforcement it seems in every action they are involved in.

2. The ability of the police to perform their duties is dependent upon public approval of police existence, actions, behavior and the ability of the police to secure and maintain public respect.

Is there public approval? No, the Trust and Respect has been damaged, but not beyond repair. The latest in Cleveland, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois have joined the ever-increasing list. It is top cops like Ramsey and Bratton who embrace the Peelian principles and use their decades of managerial experience to make a change. Change is where it is at!

3. The police must secure the willing cooperation of the public in voluntary observance of the law to be able to secure and maintain public respect.

This is where community policing is of the utmost importance! The “street beat” is vital! Knowing your citizens individually is the key. Get out of the car and drop the car door barrier, walk among the people and make them see your presence instead of just hearing sirens and seeing flashing lights.

4. The degree of cooperation of the public that can be secured diminishes, proportionately, to the necessity for the use of physical force and compulsion for achieving police objectives.

Educate the public back to “old days” of trusting a cop. Show them that “Protect & Serve” really mean that! That increases the ability to “know the streets”. The investigation is one thing, “tips” are the real crux of solving a crime.

5. The police seek and preserve public favor, not by catering to public opinion, but by constantly demonstrating absolutely impartial service to the law, in complete independence of policy, and without regard to the justice or injustice of the substance of individual laws; by ready offering of individual service and friendship to all members of society without regard to their race or social standing, by ready exercise of courtesy and friendly good humor; and by ready offering of individual sacrifice in protecting and preserving life.

“Random Acts of Kindness” should not be random! There is the law on the books, to charge criminal who supposedly breaks those laws and then goes before a court. In-between is public opinion, Smartphones used as cameras and those who use the partial footage that wish to incite, no matter what the truth is. You wonder why police officers and management are frustrated! It has to be a “mindset change” on all fronts. Yes, there are sides in these issues and socially we have increased the anger by the infiltration of a faction, who just want to cause trouble.

6. The police should use physical force to the extent necessary to secure observance of the law or to restore order only when the exercise of persuasion, advice, and warning is found to be insufficient to achieve police objectives; and police should use only the minimum degree of physical force which is necessary on any particular occasion for achieving a police objective.

Physical restraint? Who issues the first blow, fires the first shot or throws a barrage of rocks? The agitators purporting to be concerned citizens. It the days of Sir Robert Peel, the truncheon or short night-stick was the only means of defense. Look at how society has changed! Sadly, you have to fight fire with fire!

7. The police at all times should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police are the only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent on every citizen in the intent of the community welfare.

What has happened internally with law enforcement worldwide? Is there a Human Resource issue? Do supervisors and managers really care about the citizens and bully their subordinates into submission in doing it their way to make the numbers look good?

Police officers are human beings who are doing a job. Has the job changed from “Protect & Serve” to “Quell the Morons and Make Our Numbers Look Good”? If there is an internal issue of concern it must be brought to the surface and exposed! The overhaul is demanded and bring back the Trust and Respect!

8. The police should always direct their actions toward their functions and never appear to usurp the powers of the judiciary by avenging individuals or the state, or authoritatively judging guilt or punishing the guilty.

Impartiality is a must! Sadly, when you as officers are being undermined from all sides human nature kicks in. It becomes just a job, getting it done any which way you can for the easy life.

Shooting by a law enforcement officer is front page news virtually every day. There has to be a change on both sides. No, citizens under the law have rights to own guns. Even if you attempted to change that, the criminal would still have access to illegal guns and use them!

It is all about training and change management that is demanded now!

9. The test of police efficiency is the absence of crime and disorder, not the visible evidence of police action in dealing with them.

Certain crimes are decreasing, violent crime is not! Social media is instantaneous communications. Sadly it is not always the truth! Here say is still the cause of more issues that we can imagine.

Can we see and know everything that went on in a criminal event? It used to be just the written word of a witness or the police officer. Today, it is Body Worn Cameras, CCTV, and the eyewitness. All are presented and lawyers attempt to pull them apart.

So, WWSRPT? Yes, Peel would think what?

Simply it is going to get worse if we do nothing…
